Terms of Service
The terms governing your use of our colocation services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the colocation and related services (“Services”) provided by MIRhosting B.V. (“Company”, “we”, “us”), operating as AmsterdamColocation.com.
1. Services
We provide server and rack colocation services at our datacenter facility in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The specific services, pricing, and service levels applicable to your order are set out in your service agreement and our published pricing.
2. Account & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Physical datacenter access is subject to our security procedures and requires valid identification.
3. Payment Terms
Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in suspension of services after written notice. All prices are in Euros and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
4. Power Usage
Each colocation plan includes a specified power allocation. Power usage exceeding the included allocation will be billed as overage at the rate specified in your plan. We reserve the right to meter power usage and invoice accordingly.
5. Acceptable Use
Your use of our Services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend services that violate the AUP without prior notice in cases of immediate risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately in the event of a material breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
