What rack cabinets do you use?

We use standard 42U 19-inch cabinets with 800mm width and 1000mm depth, suitable for all standard rackmount equipment.

Can I install my own patch panel?

Yes, you have full control over your rack space. You can install patch panels, switches, cable management, and any standard rackmount equipment.

What is the power capacity per rack?

Each plan includes a kWh allowance: 550 kWh/mo (quarter rack), 1,100 kWh/mo (half rack), or 1,500 kWh/mo (full rack) with A+B feeds. Overage is billed at €0.28/kWh. Full rack customers can request up to 10kW+ for high-density deployments.

Can I order cross-connects?

Yes, we support fiber and copper cross-connects to other customers, carriers, and cloud providers within the facility. Cross-connects to Nikhef or Equinix AM5 are available from €200/mo.

Do you offer multi-rack discounts?
