All plans include rack space, a monthly kWh power allowance with redundant A+B feeds, a 1 Gbps network port, traffic, IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, basic DDoS protection, customer portal with power monitoring, and reverse DNS management. Full Rack customers also receive a 24/7 access card.

Yes, there is a one-time setup fee that covers rack provisioning, PDU allocation, network port configuration, and initial cabling. The fee is reduced with longer commitments: for example, the 1U setup fee is €99 on a 12-month term, €49 on 24 months, and waived entirely on 36 months.

1U and 2U plans have a 1-month minimum. Quarter Rack requires a minimum of 6 months. Half Rack and Full Rack require a minimum of 12 months. Longer commitments reduce your setup fee. Contracts auto-renew month-to-month after the initial term.

Each plan includes a monthly kWh allowance. If you use more, overage is billed at a flat per-kWh rate (€0.30/kWh for server plans, €0.28/kWh for rack plans). If you use less, you simply pay the base price. For example, a 200W server uses about 146 kWh/month — well within the 1U allowance of 150 kWh. You can monitor real-time power usage in the customer portal.

Unmanaged means you handle all physical work yourself or pay for remote hands per request. Managed adds a monthly remote hands allocation, free cabling, equipment installation at onboarding, and faster Next Business Day response — for a small monthly add-on (€29–€99 depending on plan size).

Yes, you can move from a smaller to a larger package at any time. The new monthly rate applies from the next billing cycle. Downgrades are possible at the end of the current commitment period.
