Acceptable Use Policy
Rules governing the use of our colocation services.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of all services provided by MIRhosting B.V. (“Company”, “we”, “us”), operating as AmsterdamColocation.com. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services to:
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious software
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- Host content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Conduct network attacks (DDoS, port scanning, etc.) against third parties
- Store or distribute illegal content under Dutch or EU law
- Engage in cryptocurrency mining without prior written approval
2. Resource Usage
You must not exceed the power, bandwidth, or other resource allocations of your plan without arranging an upgrade. Excessive resource usage that impacts other customers may result in throttling or suspension.
3. Network Conduct
You are responsible for ensuring that traffic originating from your equipment complies with applicable laws and does not disrupt our network or other customers' services.
4. Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of any abuse of our services, please report it to abuse@amsterdamcolocation.com. We investigate all reports promptly.
5. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or termination of services depending on the severity and recurrence of the violation. In cases of immediate risk, we may act without prior notice.
