What server sizes do you support?
We support standard 19-inch rackmount servers in 1U and 2U form factors. For larger servers, consider our rack colocation packages starting at 10U (Quarter Rack).
Can I ship my server to you?
Yes, you can ship your server to our datacenter and we will rack it for you. With a Managed Colocation add-on, initial installation is included. Detailed shipping instructions are provided upon order.
What network speeds are available?
All plans include a 1 Gbps port. You can upgrade to 10 Gbps (ā‚¬199/mo with 10TB included) or 10 Gbps unmetered (ā‚¬399/mo).
How quickly can I get started?
We can have your server racked and online within 24 hours of receiving it at our facility. If you bring it in person, same-day setup is available.
How does power billing work for servers?
Each plan includes a monthly kWh allowance (150 kWh for 1U, 250 kWh for 2U). A typical 200W server uses about 146 kWh/month ā€” well within the 1U allowance. If you exceed the included kWh, overage is billed at ā‚¬0.30/kWh. You can monitor usage in real-time via the customer portal.
