How quickly will you respond?
For unmanaged customers, we aim to respond within 2 business days. Standard Support (€49/mo) provides 4-hour email response. Priority Support (€149/mo) provides 1-hour response with a direct messenger group. Managed customers receive Next Business Day response.
Can I visit the datacenter before signing up?
Yes, we offer facility tours by appointment. Use the contact form or email us to schedule a visit.
Do you offer technical support?
Remote hands are available for all customers at hourly rates (€100/hr business hours, €180/hr off-hours). Managed customers get an included monthly allocation. Support tiers are available for unmanaged customers who want faster response times.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (SEPA), credit card (Visa, Mastercard), iDEAL, and cryptocurrency. Invoices are issued monthly with net-14 payment terms.
